Many problems. I had looked at another location originally, and Evonify told me i was cleared to book it. And then before I could, another person booked it, and they didn't even tell me (even though I wanted to book it for more time). When I booked another one of their locations, the place I booked turned out to be completely different than the pictures! Smaller, different furniture and amenities. On top of that, the power went out, and then the wifi didn't work for more than about half of my stay. I ended up having to deal with a maintenance person and being at the place just to handle the problem of fixing this. What did I go here for, to deal with landlord problems or a vacation? At the end of the day, they offered me to change apartments (not even considering the time and money to get there). Evonify needs to get their act together and know what it means to support a customer, especially one they've wronged. That's what customer service and an experience like this is about.
