Great experience overall. There were a couple minor issues like lock instructions not matching the lock on the home (make sure you hit the checkmark after entering the code!) but the complex was nice, the home was clean and comfortable, and their customer service was very helpful & quick to respond. Would recommend for a one-night stay for anyone passing through town for sure.
The unit I checked in to was NOT the same unit in the listing pictures! Listing showed a beautiful bathtub with lemon print curtains, a kitchen island, and a blue velvet couch. What I got was a small, cramped shower with bad lighting, cold water, a smaller, completely different layout, different kitchen, first floor unit with small windows (not huge windows like the photo), poor WiFi making it impossible to work, horse flies, and functional but not as chic looking grey L shaped couch. The remote for the A/C unit had no batteries and could not be changed. You would be better off camping outside of a coffee shop for the WiFi and bathing in Barton Springs. Evonify tries to gaslight you into thinking it’s okay to bait and switch the listing pictures with the actual unit. I took proof pictures of the unit that I can’t post in the review but tl;dr please do not stay here. Just be honest Evonify and stop posting photos of a completely different unit.
The parking was something to pay extra attention to and a little inconvenient. Aside from that it was a good stay.
