Good location
Good things first: walkable location, accessible parking, communicative/responsive, quiet neighborhood/rental unit. Opportunities for improvement: Unit 210 is where we were placed, and this unit is not as pictured in the listing. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and I paid for the listing that was shown. I checked for the listing to have any “the unit may not be exactly as shown” verbiage but there was none. The onboarding process required me to submit a photo of my DL and a selfie of myself holding the license. If I provided that and someone else showed up, that would not have been acceptable. If requirements of guests to submit photos are asked for validity, then please provide accurate photos of your listing OR at least a disclaimer. Additionally, there were no windows in Unit 210 in the bedroom/main room nor bathroom. This lack of ventilation may be the cause of the “damp” chemical smell upon entry that lingered.
I arrived and the door was already cracked open which was weird by far. When it was time to check out the cleaning services were 15 minutes early knocking excessively loud for them way too early to begin with. Other than that it was fine and pretty quiet.
