Good communication and location! Very convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and UTAustin! Nice neighborhood, quiet! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable! Only con(as I always write con) is maybe Wi-Fi is not very stable during our stay.
I was disappointed with our stay at the apartment. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean. It was clear that the floors had not been cleaned, the toilet seat was dirty, the countertops were not clean, and there were prints all over the TV. The host was very responsive and apologetic for the condition of the apartment. She offered to have them come back and clean, but I declined as we had already unloaded our things and I had already spent time sweeping and cleaning with Clorox wipes the best I could. She responded that she would report back to the cleaning team, but didn’t offer reimbursement for the cleaning fee. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was in a good location.
Got this place on short notice and it's perfectly comfortable, convenient, and a good value. Great beds although the couch could be a bit more comfortable.
