My stay was a pleasure. We had no issue accommodating us . The location itself is nice because you aren’t far from downtown & there are numerous of attractions that are within a 5-10 minute car ride. 10 out of 10!
Perfect location
Upon arrival at 5 pm check-in time, the unit was not ready. This was a significant inconvenience due to the fact that we had spent the previous 3 days in the hospital with a sick family member and this was our first opportunity to shower before heading out to dinner at someplace that was not the hospital. Evonify was quick to respond and the place was cleaned quickly prior to our return after dinner although I am not sure a thorough vacuum had been done. The floor in the bedroom I stayed in was pretty dusty and the rug was definitely not fully vacuumed. Evonify gave us a nominal $25 for the inconvenience and did not respond to my request for a larger refund. Other than this, the location is great and the beds are very comfortable.
