Great stay!
It was amazing we had everything we needed and it was clean and nice and quiet. Will definitely stay here again
Where do I begin. This was the first time renting an Airbnb and probably my last. First, I asked the host Jean about early check in. He stated we could for an extra $35. I explained we would need it since we’re traveling from out of state. He never explained there was an additional link I needed to use to request it. Got there at 3 and was told we couldn’t check in until 5 because I never confirmed early check in. It was 3 of us and 2 dogs with Nowhere to go for 2 hours. Next, we got in finally. Needing to shower from being outside for 2 hours. The water pressure was extremely low, the water didn’t go past Lukewarm and there was nowhere to place anything. No soap dish or holder, so we were forced to wash up with the soap in our hands. Night one, time for bed. Putting up the air mattress, trying to get settled, we realized it was hot. Upon checking the AC, the lights were on but there was no air coming out. We unplugged it for a few minutes and turned it back on. Still nothing. We made the host aware and they only apologized for the inconvenience. Summer time heat with no air. The bedroom had snot/mucus drawn on the wall over the bed. Absolutely disgusting. There also was a trail of ants at my dogs food bowl. Also, they say they have a laundry room but the only thing in there was a washing machine. Im so confused what purpose that serves. All of these issues combined with the lack of noise cancellation from the neighbors and hallway occupants made this trip horrible. Only positive thing I can say is the actual apartment is nice but it is on the first floor next to the elevator and door so you literally hear everything. Please be aware and take heed before booking here.
