Most disappointing stay I've ever booked in 3 years. Listing said 2 bed 2 bath/up to 4 guests up until we got there. In reality there's only one bed (2 guests) and a tiny couch (barely sleeps 1), plus only 1 bath. It was only after we submitted a refund request that Evonify updated it to 1 bath. There was also no Wi-Fi (the network/password given didn't match any of the networks that showed up) and the place had multiple dead bugs plus holes in the wall. The surrounding area was littered with trash and rats, and cars were pulling into the parking lot at midnight blasting music. We ended up booking a hotel after our first night, and Evonify refused to give us a refund. The experience of communicating with Airbnb support in the following days was also a nightmare, with unresponsive agents and a refusal to hold Evonify accountable despite our pictures and complaints. This experience has turned me away from using Airbnb in the future; it was less affordable and convenient than a hotel.
