Place was cool, clean, and quite for the most part. I was hardly there considering how busy I was during the day but overall iād book again.
My stay was horrible no remote so I could not watch TV š”š” I called E-mailed & text no response until check-out Bug crawling in the bed bug dropins on the towels roaches running around š”š” notified y'all I was checking out and still took 5days to get my security deposit back š”
I booked this as a last minute option. Highly disappointed. First, it has a horrible cockroach problem. I killed about 6 - 10 cockroaches daily throughout my stay. It also had fruit flies in the kitchen, and no idea where they came from. Secondly, communication is awful. Around 12pm one day, a maintenance worker tried entering my until without any notice. He used the code for my keypad to attempt to enter. Luckily I had the second deadbolt locked. He was there to fix a screen on the outside of the unit. Not sure why he needed to enter my unit and not give a notice. Evonify, was less than apologetic. They said it was an issue that required immediate attention, even though the screen was damaged prior to my stay and took them 5 days to come and fix it. Evonify owns several units at this location. The unit in the photos was what I was under the impression I was booking. They gave me a similar unit but it was a two bedroom. The second bedroom was an office. It had a horrendous chemical smell in the room. So much so, I could smell it long after I left the unit. I feel like it was stuck to my clothing. It was nauseating. If you need a last resort, like I did, then book here. Be warned though. The area is less than reputable too. The hotel across the street has two to three police cars staked out because the area is sooo bad.
