If you read the reviews then you’ll pretty much have a good idea of this bnb. Everything was very organized and whoever prepared it before we came put effort into making the place look welcoming and clean. You really do get what you pay for- it is cheap and in a convenient location, but there were roaches in the kitchen area and stains on the couch that did not come out when the cleaning people came.
Very quiet apartment on first floor and away from noisy streets.
The furnishings are new and stylish and the kitchen is nicely renovated but overall this place needs some work. Cons: It had grime stains all over the bathroom and the baseboards throughout the apartment were beat up. It’s in a not so nice pocket of town so I’d be cautious for solo female travelers at night. The upstairs kids were running around all the time. There was a hole punched through the bathroom door (they said they’ll be fixing) and I killed a roach last night lol. Pros: I was able to walk 10 mins to a nice nail salon next to cafes by the university nearby and I felt safe during the day. It’s in a central location almost equidistant between the Domain and downtown. I appreciated that they had shower products and a hair dryer. The bed was super comfortable and the stay was a decent price. I had a good stay and the hosts were responsive and helpful, they let me check out late, but I’ll be doing better research on locations from now on when I stay in airbnbs.
