My boyfriend and I’s stay here was very unfortunate. Due to the rain, upon arrival, the entrance was flooded and our feet got completely soaked. There was no mop in the apartment to clean up our tracks. There was also A/C issues. I contacted the host and the reply time was OK. After a couple of messages of trying to resolve the issue, I didn’t hear from them until an hour later. At that time, I was already on the phone with Airbnb’s customer service. Once I was able to resolve the issue, we were not allowed a late check out to at least compensate for the inconvenience. The only reason for having a late check out was because of our check in time with a new Airbnb place. Overall, the location of the apartment is great! Wish we didn’t have the A/C issue.
Amazing host, very clean and private place. Host was very accommodating, will definitely stay with them again.
Extremely dirty, smelled horrible and did not see an early checkin fee until i was nearly charged. the cleaners walked into the apartment in the middle of the day
