The exterior of the premise was in a dirty condition, and upon entering, we were met with an extremely dirty pool filled with green water, indicating a lack of maintenance. Surprisingly, there were 2 abandoned rooms near mine with broken doors and trash, easily accessible to outsiders. Additionally, two grocery carts filled with trash, beer cans, and flies were present. The hallways were littered with garbage, and the smell of heavy cigar smoke lingered due to tenants smoking freely. Despite the clean room, disappointments continued with a dirty debris-filled green sofa bed and a broken yellow sofa. The kitchen sink was semi-clogged, taking several minutes to drain. I contactes the host and although the answered quickly they did not took ownership of these mistakes as the exterior and the pool are “outside their control” but yet included pictures of a very cleaned building and pool. If you don’t mind staying at a sketchy place with homeless people as your neighbors then this is it!

Apartment was clean, bed was terrific. Super convenient. Great deal for the price. You get a kitchen, dining room, living space and bedroom/bathroom to yourself. Communication with Evonify was direct, through the app. Evonify insists on additional registration on top of AirBNB information. Didn’t know that was going to be the case. But was acceptable. Larger apartment complex itself was varied, in a rougher part of town.

My stay was everything I hoped it would be and a little bit more. Nice, private space that felt cozy. Very clean and quiet enough for my tastes.
