This place was so nice and on a great location! So close to everything to do in Austin. And they respond in a timely manner if anything is needed! Great overall experience.

When I arrived with my dog and belongings, there were no instructions as to how to get into the complex, nor how to get to the unit once in. There were constructions crews working on other apartments throughout the complex, and when I got in touch with the management company, they told me that one of the security gates (the front one, and as it turned out, also the back one) was ALWAYS unlocked, so I didn’t need a code to get into the complex… This compromised the security of the entire complex. When I first entered the apartment, everything seemed alright. The furniture was as advertised, it seemed as though it was recently updated, etc. However, when I looked closer, a lot of things were not as advertised. The air conditioning was INCREDIBLY loud (I received a notification within a week of my start day via text message that said we should avoid setting our air conditioning below a certain because apparently several units were having AC issues because of it…), there were no bowls or plates, and the dishwasher did not work. I asked Evonify to correct the errors, they said they would get back to me. Nothing was resolved that day. The next morning, I went to the back door to the balcony, and I realized it was unlocked. As it turned out, the locking mechanism did not line up with the door frame, and as a result, the door was unable to lock. I immediately informed Evonify, telling them of the security issue, and they said they would get back to me. In addition to that, the water was turned off to the unit (I assume the complex) for some reason when I went to take my shower, so I was unable to get ready for the day. All throughout the day, I kept asking for updates on there pair of the back door’s lock, and I kept getting responses asking for patience and that they were working on it. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings and dog in the apartment when the door couldn’t lock, so I had to cancel my work and stay in the apartment all day waiting for someone to come fix it. At 6pm, after 8 hours of waiting with no solution and no timeline as to when the issue would be resolved, I moved my belongings and my dog out of the apartment and stayed at a friend’s house. I filed a complaint trying to get my money back with Airbnb corporate, and only AFTER this did they begin to resolve the security issues. I would highly advise AGAINST staying here. There are places of similar price with better accommodation in other parts of Austin. Not only did I not feel safe being in the apartment and complex, the apartment itself was not fit to be lived in and should have never been listed in the first place.

Was a great place to stay especially for the price. Defenitly had a wonderful stay here! At first when you get there its a bit confusing to find the entrance. The building is very different from your typical apartments, but we were able to find it at the end. One thing I would have liked that could have been a bit better was before we got there I had NOT gotten an instruction sheet of the apartment number or what to expect when arriving. So I was a bit worried I was not gonna get that when arriving. But besides that my stay here was amazing! Would definitely be staying here again.
