I felt that the unit itself was pretty nice, but it had some issues that were easily fixable, or at the very least should have been indicated prior to booking. There was a washer/dryer hookup, but the washer/dryer was not in the unit even though it was listed as one of the amenities. This was a major disappointment, as we were traveling with a 1-year old. Also, although there was a brand new dishwasher in the unit, it was not properly installed and therefore unable to be used. There wasn’t much silverware (only one spoon and a butterknife in the drawer) and no cutting knives. Along with that, there were only 2 washcloths and 4 towels present, even though we booked the space for 5 people. The pool was not open as well, which was not indicated in the description prior to booking. The pool and washer/dryer were the biggest reasons we booked here, so the lack of them was a major disappointment. When asked about the missing/improperly installed appliances, the host did not respond to messages.
They're almost there, but need some improvement with maintaining the outside of the building, trash removal and fixing things. There's a significant trash removal problem.
