This place has a noise issue and it seems this is disclosed somewhere that you wouldn’t be able to find. However, when you contact and complain to Airbnb on this they can point you to this disclosure. We were planning to stay at this place for 3 nights but ended up leaving the place after the first night. There was a continuous annoying noise from outside that was disturbing us and we couldn’t sleep the night that we spent there. We complained to the Airbnb and could get our money for the two nights that we didn’t spend there. We got charged for the full cleaning fee for the one night stay. I don’t recommend this place due to noise issue, otherwise it was clean.
Awesome place
Overall, this place was CHEAP so my expectations were somewhat low. Upon checking in, you have to sign a waiver with a bunch of rules, send photos of your license and an additional photo of you holding your license, which I did because I thought they were running a tight ship. Overall, the place felt pretty dirty- my white socks turned black within a few minutes of my shoes being off, the apartment smelled like a wet dog, the bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water that didn't drain for 24 hours and the patio was littered with cigarette butts from the previous tenant (something that was listed over and over again in the rules against). I will likely avoid booking with Evonify like the plague in the future.
