My stay at this property was planned last-minute due to floor renovations in my home. Evonify was efficient in all correspondence via text or email. That was a plus for me. They were absolutely great to deal with and the apartment was perfect. Trendy and warm feeling, just what I like. Definitely recommend.
This place was excellent! You have the option to bring your pet and get an earlier check in for a small fee. Central location in Hyde Park with plenty of parking. Super clean. Great value overall!
Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Austin. It is located just a few minutes from the UT-Austin campus and downtown. The rental itself is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed swimming in the complex pool during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication from management in the lead-up to our stay was prompt and always polite. We would definitely stay here again, and we definitely recommend it to others.
