Pros: The apartment looks just like the pictures, and it was very clean. The A/C was nice and cold, which is important during Texas summers! The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Cons: The complex was noisy—we had very loud neighbors below us, plus the people next door had an unhappy dog that cried and barked constantly. It seemed the walls were very thin, as it almost sounded like they were inside our apartment. Also, there were no extra homey touches (although none were promised), so this isn’t complaint, rather just an observation.
BED BUGS and dismissive company! After we trapped the bed bug and left the place they said it was a rolly polly. Left the place for a hotel at 2am when it was uncovered and spent a day washing/drying all of our clothes. We were blamed, lied to, and offered no help. Will never stay again with this cheap and dirty host company.
Nice place, clean, looks just like in the pictures. Building might look sketchy from the outside, but overall great place.
