A lot of what I have to say echoes other reviews. I didn't find it particularly noisy. I mean, it is, but you're also in the heart of a downtown area, so you should expect that. The location can't be beat. It is literally just across the street from a subway station that will connect you to anywhere you want to go. Or use your feet as the Boston Commons are also right there. The space itself is meh. It reminds me of a college dorm. It's there for function, not décor. That said, the bathroom was clean, but the shower drain didn't work as it should and there was a scratch in the tub that looked like a bug. The bed had no give. Like none. I don't know how they make a bed like that. Loved the pillows. No real view to speak of (apartments are being created as we speak about 10 feet outside the window), but there was a ton of morning light. That helped. There isn't a key card to get into the building nor a card for the laundry as promised in the check-in email. The concierge guys will let you (and anyone else...) in the building after hours so it's not a big deal, but don't plan on getting laundry done. I echo the sentiment that I wish there was one more lock from the inside. The customer service was top notch before and during the trip. Very quick to answer questions.
