- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.

- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.

The place was excellent and exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms, bathroom, and overall space were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was especially impressive—it was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and also included convenient appliances like a dishwasher. Communication was great as well; all messages and questions were answered promptly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
BE WARNED! beautiful unit terrible stay, we experienced several significant issues!! heating was inoperable for three days, major issue with the front exterior door, locked out in the cold, only gained entry because a stranger let us inside! Communication from host lacking. wouldn't have been unable to leave the unit for half of stay until a technician kindly provided us with a fob from the lockbox. Without his help, our trip would have been RUINED. Trash instructions were vastly incorrect from host, we found the bins in a fenced area in the backyard, while taking trash out was locked out of the back door, had to walk to the front of the building after walking across the backyard around the block, without a coat, navigating ice and snow to get back to enter building. Unbelievable! Finally, many of the cordless mini blinds were inoperable which was a shame because the unit was nice and sunny. Host gave us a measly 9% refund. would have been perfect if not for all the stressful events.
Instructions on how exactly to get inside were unclear and the mechanism was impractical. We had several heavy bags and suitcases and were not given enough time to go through both doors before the second one locked on us. One of our beds had no blankets, just a sheet and there were no hand towels or washcloths and we were without these items for the first two days of our 4 day stay. Our purpose of this trip was to visit and help my daughter who had just had a baby so most of our time was spent at their home. Getting ride shares and being dropped off there was a little dicey since it was on a very busy road and parking was virtually impossible to find when we did have access to a car.
