Location:
- Located in Del Valle area of Austin.
- 4 miles away from the Airport entrance
- 20 minutes away to downtown Austin
- 20 minutes away from UT

The apartment:
- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full size sofa bed
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the third floor. Elevator is available
- There is 24 hours gym in the building.
- There's a pool in the building that's open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM.
- Please note that we don't manage the pool, and it's closed every Monday for regular cleaning.
- A $100 fee each will be charged for any lost key fob, parking tag or pool bracelet.
- The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. You must take stairs.

Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.

Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
