- The room shown with the desk also has a queen-size bed, which is not yet visible in the photos.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- 2 full bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in.
- Washer and dryer in-unit.

Parking Information:
- No on-site parking. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended due to high parking costs and limited availability.

Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested through our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested through our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested last-minute.

Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area and street noise may be present.
- A refundable security deposit of up to $550 may be required, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- A copy of your ID is required and can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed. Hosting parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- Reservations may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system performs an automatic background check.
