The Apartment:

The Building:
- There is a small rooftop in the building. It opens from 7AM until 9PM
- There is a blue bike station outside the building. You can rent bikes from the city. Please note it may not be available in the winter.
- There are shared areas in the building to do work.
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Amazing place to stay for the weekend. Host was responsive and accommodating.
The apartment was brand new and super well equipped. The team was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Super easy to access. Well decorated, we felt at home. Bed is huge and comfy. There’s a little bit of traffic noise, as we were facing the street, but it was not a problem for us, anyway there is little traffic. 2 good supermarkets less than 5 mn walk. It’s about a 15 mn walk to Harvard square, but there are also buses that take you anywhere in Boston, and you can pay the ticket with your credit card in the bus, it’s great. It’s 10 mn walk from the river front, very green and gorgeous. It’s a very safe area. In Allston, so it’s calm, and there are restaurants options (+uber eats, anyway). We will come back and highly recommend it!
I was very happy with my three-week stay, I would definitely stay again. It’s a brand-new building and the unit was quite nice, well-furnished and immaculately clean. There were a few minor issues — breakers tripping for some reason, and the place could use a few items such as a coffee table, entrance rug and kitchen towels — but otherwise it was an excellent experience. The Evonify/E-stay team was very responsive and professional and provided clear communication (e.g., for getting into the building and instructions for departure). I’d note that there is a lot of construction going on around the building as the neighborhood is changing rapidly, so there’s a fair amount of noise and dust. The upside is that there’s a Trader Joe’s nearby as well as a good new restaurant, Sloane’s, and some other amenities (Swissbakers, Sofra Bakery).
