- Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is also available for a small fee upon request

We liked the place a lot. The appartment is exactly as it looks. It was as clean as a place can possibly be when we entered Its a safe area, and there is passcodes in the door. 24h gym with all the equipment. Very satisfied in general. The only drawbacks are that 1. the check in time is at 17:00 , while check out is at 11:00.. sadly its a widespread trend in the hospitality sector lately 2. The hosts demand $250 more than what you have paid, for insurance. I believe this should be states when you book a place and not later jn the emails that no one really warches They return it fast tho Overall its a great place and i would surely recommend it to anyone
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and modern. The view of Boston was absolutely beautiful. We did wish Evonify was a bit more accommodating for our needs. We were notified the day of arrival that check-in would not be until 5pm. We arrived at 3:30, and we had to pay extra money to store our bags off site due to no exceptions or bag storage offered. Most airbnbs have check-in times of 3 or 4 pm, and would at least allow early bag storage. Check-out was a little complicated, needing to click an extra link and send a picture of putting the fob back. I think that a lot of these inconveniences are due to the fact that this Airbnb is owned by a corporation, not an individual person. This was accurately described in the description so I don’t fault the owners at all, but parking is impossible on the weekdays, we had to park in a garage and uber everywhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought that the apartment itself was very clean and spacious.
