Check-In Details:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested through our portal
- Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is also available for a small fee upon request
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, especially if requested last-minute
Pets:
- No pets are allowed in the apartment.

- A refundable security deposit of up to $550 may be required, per our insurance policy
- For stays of 28 nights or longer, a $3,500 refundable security deposit is required

- A doorbell camera is installed; any attempts to host parties will result in immediate cancellation and legal action
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in both the apartment and the building

Amazing place to stay! The location was great and its view was beautiful. Very clean apartment and the feedback, response time, was excellent.
We were so pleased with our experience. The apartment was exactly as advertised (and maybe even better - the views were awesome!), the instructions were clear, the place was clean, and aside from normal road noises it was very quiet. What stood out for me however was how responsive the host was. I have to admit, I was a little wary, since in the past we haven’t had the best experiences when the host was a company rather than an individual - but I could not have asked for quicker or kinder responses when I needed to contact them (and if you’re curious, the reason I had to contact them was nothing on their end - my email was being difficult and I wasn’t getting the check in instructions. They were diligent and worked with me to use another email. Shout out to Lloyd!). I highly recommend this property and this management company and would stay here again.
We liked the place a lot. The appartment is exactly as it looks. It was as clean as a place can possibly be when we entered Its a safe area, and there is passcodes in the door. 24h gym with all the equipment. Very satisfied in general. The only drawbacks are that 1. the check in time is at 17:00 , while check out is at 11:00.. sadly its a widespread trend in the hospitality sector lately 2. The hosts demand $250 more than what you have paid, for insurance. I believe this should be states when you book a place and not later jn the emails that no one really warches They return it fast tho Overall its a great place and i would surely recommend it to anyone
