The Apartment:

Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:

- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.

If you are a deep sleeper, this place might be OK for you. For our two-night stay, we got no more than 5 hours a night of disturbed sleep because of a hum that vibrates the floor and bed that kept us awake and made it harder for us to do the work we were there to do. When we complained to Evonify about this, at first they said "no one else has complained about this", which is not true...a previous reviewer said "and a strange overwhelming hum in the middle of the night.." was one of the major reasons they rated the location poorly. We asked other residents in the building if they heard it, and some had. We investigated and found that across Athens Street just opposite this building is an old factory-like building which is running some sort of turbine. This might be the source. Otherwise good: beds, layout, appliances, location. Not so good: fair amt street noise, shower has no place to put soap, no blackout curtains, and no soap provided, sloppy shower valve cover installation
Great location in South Boston with easy access to the Red Line and walking distance to the Seaport District. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a comfortable king bed. The rooftop was a nice bonus. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Perfect spot for parking at the nearby garage, and exploring Boston without a car. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city!
