The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it if you’re considering staying here. Bed was also incredibly comfortable.
Super clean, excellent light and bright with its high ceilings and windows, very modern, and yet was very comfortable our entire stay. Location- a park directly across the street and a two- minute walk to the metro and airport shuttle that made everywhere accessible. The photos tell the story accurately, and the Evonify staff responded quickly and met our needs. My husband who is an avid plane-spotter loved this place. This has been one of our favorite Air BnB stays in the past decade.
Booked a four-night stay at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The apartment is conveniently located in East Boston—about a 9-minute drive from Logan Airport, with the Airport subway station just a 3-minute walk away. Getting to downtown Boston takes only about 15 minutes by subway. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and feels very much like home, complete with an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I especially loved the private patio. The building also offers great amenities, including a gym and a rooftop terrace with a lounge area. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood felt clean and safe, with plenty of Hispanic shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected stay near Boston airport.
