The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

When staying in East Boston, this is where we will be. The apartment was very clean and just as described. The communication was excellent - whenever we had questions, we received a response within minutes. The building itself is secure and quiet. Super convenient. No airplane noise even though it was fun to watch the planes taking off and landing. There are good ethnic dining choices and everything else Boston has to offer is a three-minute walk to the T.
Our stay was wonderful. The location was a short walk to the T, easy to get to and from the airport, the park was across the street which had a nice walking trail. The apartment was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable and they had enough towels and supplies for our stay. Good Italian Resturant’s near by! I wish we could have been able to get in earlier or at least check out a few hours later. Our flight got in at 10 am and we didn’t have any place to put our luggage and we didn’t leave until 3:00 on our departure day. They said we could stay till cleaners got there but they were there at 11:01! I would stay here again!
Apartment was clean and well-kept. Bedding was heavenly. Amenities were within easy walking distance, and parking was accessible (albeit with a little effort.) My family and I would absolutely consider staying here again!
