The Apartment:
- Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment.
- 1x Queen bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
- 1 full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Washer and dryer inside.
The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

The place was gorgeous and in an amazing location. Close to the airport and a park right across the street. I had several questions and Evonify was always timely in their response and super helpful.

This place is as amazing as it gets! It was just perfect in every possible way. Me and my daughter stayed here for 3 weeks while she interned in Boston. The location is perfect if you are visiting Boston. The airport and the train station are across from the street. The blue line takes you to downtown in minutes. My daughter was able to travel by herself which helped tremendously. There is a park across from the apartment and the atmosphere is wonderful. They played movies and music on Fridays and sometimes weekend. The apartment itself had everything from kitchen utensils to towels. They have washer dryer, blender, hair dryer, nice TV, good WiFi, iron board, dish washer. We did grocery the night we reached and were all set. I am also happy about the timely responses from the host. Our deposit hold kept expiring every week, so they had to charge again each week. I was surprised to see multiple charges, but they were quick to investigate and provide the explanation. Thank you!
