The Apartment:
- Two Bedrooms apartment with a sectional
- 1x King size bed.
- 2x Queen size bed in one room.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Laundry facilities available in the building (paid separately).
Parking Information:
- Paid parking is available. You can purchase a ticket via the machine in the lot.
- We have no control over ticket prices and we don't control any towing.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Emotional support animals are not allowed either.
- You must declare a true service animal if you have one and you must have documentations.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, and street noise is common at all hours.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,000 refundable security deposit is required.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

After 25 days, this Airbnb truly felt like home. The sofa and beds were extremely comfortable, and the balcony was a great highlight. The Airbnb got a lot of sun. The location was also perfect, with a park next to the Airbnb and Target + CVS and some restaurants less than 10 minutes walk away. We often cooked in the kitchen with no problems. The people in the building were all very nice and respectful, and it was very quiet (though it is the summer). However, there was a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbor, often at erratic times in the night, but it was still all around a great place to live. We would recommend this place to our friends if they came to Boston.
This is very good location, walking distance to Boston University and the Green Line. Walking distance to HMart and shops. The area is very nice and Brookline is good neighborhood. There are plenty of parking spaces in the private parking lots Cost about $24 /day , we purchased 7 days for $100. Street parking seems impossible. The two bedrooms unit located on 8th floor , laundry room is located in the basement. It happened one morning both elevators were out of service for maintenance and we walked downstairs. The unit needed some repair, one window was stuck, can’t closed completely. since It is summer so i am ok to leave it open. We found out the kitchen sink garbage disposal is not working and then water leak out from the dishwasher to the floor. And the microwaves door fell down when we opened it. I contacted the host and they send out a technician to fix it on the very next day however, we don’t feel comfortable to use the microwave and the dishwasher during our stay.
This was a great location to walk to BU and to catch the T to explore.
