The apartment:

- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor.
- There is 24 hours gym in the building.
- There’s a pool in the building that's open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM. Please note that we don’t manage the pool, and it's closed every Monday for regular cleaning.
- A $100 fee each will be charged for any lost key fob, parking tag or pool bracelet.
Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

The place has a lot of positives — it’s in a very nice, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood, which made the stay peaceful. The unit was extremely clean and well-equipped with all the essentials: towels, kitchen utensils, pans, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The host was also very responsive, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that affected the overall experience. First, the property had a noticeable bug infestation during my stay including big spiders, which was uncomfortable. Second, there was no flexibility with check-in or check-out times — even a request to access the common areas before check-in was denied, which made logistics a bit difficult since check in is quite late (5pm) compared to most places. Overall, it’s a clean and well-stocked place in a great location, but the inflexibility and pest issue were significant enough for me to give it 3 stars.
Evonify's Airbnb was clean and well-organized, and the shower had strong water pressure, making it comfortable. The only downside was that there were many pill bugs. If you sweep them away with a broom every day, they disappear for a while, but before you know it, they come from somewhere again. This might be a seasonal issue. In any case, it's wonderful that you get a quick response when you contact them.
We had a wonderful time. The apt is really nice and well taken care of. We had some issues and Evonify fixed them quickly. They were very receptive to our advice and suggestions. Once they remedy those issues for good, this place will definitely a 5-star experience, even during late Spring/ early Summer months. I would highly recommend.
