The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x King size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor.
- There is 24 hours gym in the building.
- There’s a pool in the building that's open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM. Please note that we don’t manage the pool, and it's closed every Monday for regular cleaning.
- A $100 fee each will be charged for any lost key fob, parking tag or pool bracelet.
Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

It was our first time in Austin and we chose this Airbnb Pros: The place was very clean Airbnb was located on the first floor, so very handicap accessible which was important for us The Airbnb looks exactly like the photos The amenities are great! As someone who is disabled and using a walker, I very much enjoyed the pool. I was able to do some exercises in the pool which was great My husband enjoyed using the gym. Cons: Only con I would say is that there isn’t many surrounding restaurants/stores/shopping centers, and it isn’t close to downtown/city, it’s a 25+ min drive However, There is a mini mart that is only 3 minutes away And there is a Mexican restaurant called Javis Best of Tex Mex that is around 12 minutes away. As well as subway right beside Javis. Overall, We had a great stay here!
Disappointed in this place. I paid for a place specifically to work out off. The internet was down all week. I had to pay for Ubers and we work all week in order to work. They have still not sent my refund. We slow to respond and didn’t provide any real solutions to issues when I sent them. I wouldn’t stay here again. Don’t waste your money.
Great stay near Austin airport. Clean apartment and quiet area with nice amenities. Would recommend staying. Easy check in and clear instructions. Will have to say location is at least 20 minutes out from any food or store. About 30 minutes away from downtown Austin.
