The Apartment:

Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Please note that the building is on a pedestrian-only street.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:

- The apartment is located in a busy downtown area, and street noise is common at all hours.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $350, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $2,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Location couldn't be any better! Steps away from lots of restaurants and Boston Common. Clear directions were provided by the owner on how to find the entrance and get into the unit. Unit was clean with plenty of clean linens. The outside pedestrian noise quieted down around 9pm so it wasn't a bother. You can hear rumblings of the subway, but it wasn't a bother either. We stayed in April and would stay again. Large enough for a family of 4 since the couch pulls out.
We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The Airbnb itself was spotless—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect: close to everything we wanted to do, with plenty of great spots within walking distance. Despite being so conveniently located, it was also and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place!
Most important: the beds were so comfortable. Soft but supportive. The bedding was very nice. The apartment was well appointed with a comfy couch and large TV. The neighborhood is walkable and busy. Bring ear plugs. The upstairs resident is quite loud as is the street. I had no trouble sleeping with my ear plugs (again, the bed was wonderful). The TV is large and perfect for when we were snowed in. The price is a good deal.
