Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.

- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.

- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $350, as mandated by our insurance policy.

- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.

We had a great time at this apartment during our stay in Boston. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. Just steps from the “T” and the coolest underground grocery store, and a short walk to Boston Commons, it was right in the center of where we wanted to be. Beds were super comfy, which is always a plus. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but the team at Evonify was quick to respond to our messages and make sure we were taken care of. Overall, it was a great customer service experience. As many have said, the apartment was a bit noisy, but that’s the price you pay for being in the middle of everything, and honestly, it did not disturb our sleep at all. In addition, it was a little tight for four adults (we are siblings, and the adult males did not want to sleep in the same bed), but with so much to see in Boston, we were hardly ever at the apartment anyway, so it worked out fine. Overall, it was a great experience & I would highly recommend.
I stayed here for two months and had no issues! The place looks just like the description and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions! Also, the area is central to all of Boston and there is a lot to do nearby. Overall, this was a great place to stay, especially for a longer period of time!
The place looked a lot smaller in person compared to pictures. Weird sliding doors in second bedroom with big gaps so there is little privacy. There were weird yellow stains on hand towels in the bathroom. Overall nice besides that stuff.
