- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately far from what we expected, especially considering the high price point. From the outset, hospitality was lacking — we arrived at noon but were not accommodated for an early check-in, having to wait until 5 PM, while the standard check-out time of 11 AM remained unchanged. Several key amenities were also out of order, including the dishwasher, washing machine, and shower head. The ventilation in the apartment was poor, which led to the fire department being called, a disruptive and unsettling incident that made us feel unsafe cooking in the space. On top of that, the air conditioning was extremely loud at night, making it difficult to sleep, and the street noise outside was significant. I would strongly recommend installing soundproof windows to improve rest and comfort for future guests. Communication and responsiveness to these issues were minimal, with interactions that felt cold and overly corporate rather than warm or accommodating.
I was supposed to receive check in details and instructions a couple days before my stay and never did. When I messaged the host day of about it, they kept reading my messages and not responding. I had to contact Airbnb support for help with the matter and when they reached out to Evonify for me my host just ended up canceling my reservation for no known reason. Just completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
