The apartment:

- 3 guests MAX.

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

This Airbnb was more than just a place to stay—it became a part of my story and an experience that brought me closer to my partner. It truly felt like home from the moment I walked in. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Staying here not only made my trip to Boston stress-free. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it became a part of my story ,it was an experience that brought me closer to my partner .I ever need a place to stay in Boston again, this will be my first choice! • The host was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. • You can hear the neighbors occasionally, but it’s rarely an issue. • The area is mostly industrial, so if you need to leave around 7 a.m., I recommend leaving early to avoid traffic. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d stay here again!
Good location, very good set up, clean, would recommend
Very clean, modern, comfortable 4th floor apartment, simple but had everything we needed. No TV in the bedroom. Not too big of a deal. The registration process necessary for the HOA, felt very intrusive but understandable I guess. This apartment is in a great location with free private parking included on the premises! That is all a VERY big plus. From the outside the brick building looks a bit commercial but it’s very clean and modern on the inside and the building has an elevator! No stairs! Another VERY big plus! The check in process was easy and the host were very responsive, however, lots of different people responded so that felt like a call center type of thing but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again when in the area and highly recommend.
