The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.

Check-in:

- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.

- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

It was the first place that I had to pay a deposit. (I hope I get my money back!) There were lots of rules. One of them was to not flush paper towels in the toilet, but there was no bin to throw them away. The remote control of the TV was out of battery life and even after talking to to the host, nothing was done about this two things. Besides that it was a decent place to stay, a bit noisy but, not a big deal. It was not spotless clean, but it was livable. There were a lot of dirty dishes into the dishwasher. The shower is very good, one of the best that I have already tried. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the apartment is good.
The water was cold and no hot water, the table was broken in the living room and silverware was dirty
This property is located in an apartment building on the border between residential neighborhoods & the industrial area of Everett. It’s surprisingly quiet & peaceful nonetheless, & the location provides easy access to attractions & restaurants throughout Boston. The Encore casino is less than a ten minute walk away, & several buses stop only steps from the apartment building. You’ll only find a few options for dining in walking distance, & fewer retail/convenience stores, but buses & trains run frequently, late into the night. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, & comfortable, with minimal noise, except from other guests or residents. My first few days were very quiet, but someone moved into the apartment directly above me & proceeded to stomp, slam, & bang all day & into the early morning hours. The hosts were very friendly, apologetic, & responsive, & addressed the situation promptly. This was my second time staying in this building and hope to do so again soon!
