The place was just as described and a wonderful value at the time I booked! Stayed for 10 nights for medical treatment in Boston, the location was very convenient, with parking and all the amenities! The only downside was when I arrived, there was a vehicle in my assigned parking spot, but I was able to communicate with the host and get a quick answer and it all worked out! I will say it is in an industrial area, under the flight path for the airport. If you’re used to the noise, no problem. Great stay overall and would highly recommend

The apartment was well kept and not far from downtown which made it convenient and good value for the money however it sits in an industrial area and the surroundings are pretty bleak. I was traveling for work so the place worked great for me but it is definitely not a place I’d choose for a vacation. My designated perking spot was taken more then once and I found myself having to parking in someone else’s which was annoying but when I messaged the host the response was prompt however it is clear you are dealing with a large company with an automated service rather than a person. The booking process was far more complicated than just booking a place on Airbnb as after you book on the app and pay you find yourself having to do the process all over again via email, having to shell an extra 150$ as deposit (I’ve never had to do that on Airbnb before) and having to produce pictures of ID documents which is quite annoying and not reflective of the original price on Airbnb.

The apartment is a 9/10 with one tiny drawback: location. The positives are exceptional - pristine interior matching photos exactly, excellent furniture, robust security, convenient parking, and outstanding customer service. Location concerns: The building faces a truck parking area (10-12 trucks on weekdays) with frequent reverse sounds. It's on a busy road with regular traffic noise. Situated in a factory area with nothing within walking distance. While perfect for those with cars, those without must rely on Uber/Lyft. Additional notes: Optional cleaning service available ($100), though DIY supplies work well Mail/package delivery unsupported; had some delivery issues One food delivery incident (stolen but I checked after an hour) Building security is excellent; area is safe Beautiful skyline views Management provides hotel-beating premium experience with superb support Despite location challenges, I adjusted to the noise. Truly appreciate management's excellent service!
