The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Nice place, but they assign the actual apartment through a separate system after booking, which means the room you get isn't necessarily the one in the photos. Seems like they have over 4 different layouts in the building. We were given one that was much smaller and lacked many of the things in the pictures (eg. no dining table, no counter-bar with seats, half the number of windows, smaller space by a lot (these extra things wouldn't even fit in the size of the room we got)). I suspect that they took their best places and used those for the photos of all of them, but assign randomly / based on availability. Otherwise, location was actually way better than it seemed on first blush (its only 15-30 min walk from ~3 separate nice locations - Encore in one direction, a strip mall with Market Basket in another, and Everett downtown + parks in another). Also, note: due to location, there is truck and construction noise in the area, and the windows are not that isolating.
The apartment was perfect for a quick work trip. The place was exactly as advertised. The AC in my initial unit wasn't working and Evonify was very responsive. They helped me troubleshoot and when that didn't work, they moved me to another unit. The surrounding area is industrial, so there's nothing within walking distance. But I knew that going in. I wasn't expecting a place with local amenities.
I would recommend the place.
