The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I use them often. Highly recommend if it’s in your price range.
El departamento es bueno. Sin embargo, la ubicación es mala, alejada de la ciudad, en medio de una zona no residencial, sin ninguna casa, edificio u hotel cerca. Está en medio de nada. Cuando llegamos al departamento, no funcionó la cerradura, y nos tuvieron que enviar a otro departamento, el cual no esta listo, por lo que tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para entrar.
Pros The location was amazing. The host was responsive the first night upon arrival. Cons Hefty cleaning fee for a small apartment. The apartment was not as clean as expected. The kitchen table had finger prints all over it. The floors could have used a broom and a mop. The previous guest left two bags of trash which was never picked up. The smell lingered through the apartment from outside. On day two we couldn’t take it anymore and my partner took the trash out. They provided a small ironing board but no iron so we had to purchase our own. We had not received any information regarding our room information or how to enter the building so we had to reach out to the host. The second day we tried to contact the host regarding the trash but no one answered. If the host could address the above, I think this would be an amazing stay.
