Lovely place where we spent our weekend in Boston, very close to north end
Everything was amazing! Wonderful place to stay
This was by far one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The listing by Evonify looked great on the surface, but the reality was wildly different. The couch—clearly a central piece of furniture—was broken when we arrived. Not just worn, but literally unusable. We contacted the host immediately, and after some back-and-forth, they promised reimbursement. Still nothing. What made it worse was the bizarre, disjointed communication. It genuinely felt like I was talking to a chatbot—or maybe a rotating cast of different people pretending to be the same host. Every reply seemed disconnected from the previous one, as if no one could see the message history. I had to repeat myself constantly, and every time I followed up, I was met with scripted, copy-paste responses. No ownership, no resolution. Evonify seems more like a faceless property management company than an actual host. They clearly don’t care about guest experience or follow-through on their promises.
