NOISE POLICY
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. To ensure a peaceful environment, noise sensors have
been installed to monitor sound levels. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

LOCATION
Situated in Watertown, MA, this residence offers convenient access to several key destinations:
- Logan Airport: Approximately a 22-minute drive (10 miles).
- Harvard University: About an 11-minute drive.
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT): Approximately 16 minutes by car.
- Boston Common: An 18-minute drive.
- Boston University: Roughly 15 minutes away by car.

THE APARTMENT
This expansive penthouse features multiple patios and balconies, providing ample outdoor space.
Accommodations include two queen beds, one king-size bed, and a queen-size floor mattress. The living
area boasts a large dining table and a spacious recliner sectional. Two of the three bedrooms are
equipped with televisions. The industrial-style kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer. An elevator provides direct access to the apartment.
Flexible self check-in is available, with options for early check-in, late checkout, and room service
for an additional fee.

CHECK-IN
- Process: Self check-in instructions will be emailed within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Timing: Check-in is permitted on or after the designated time unless prior approval is obtained.

CHECK-OUT
- Timing: Guests must check out on or before the indicated time unless prior approval is granted.
Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional charges.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Security Deposits:
- Reservations under 28 nights may require a security deposit of up to $500.
- Stays exceeding 28 nights are subject to a $6,000 security deposit, along with a comprehensive
background and credit check.

Identification:
Guests must provide a photo ID and a selfie holding the ID, as mandated by our insurance policy.
These can be submitted through our secure portal.

Surveillance:
Doorbell cameras are installed for security purposes.

Smoking:
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and
may lead to termination of the reservation.

Parties:
Hosting parties is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

Background Checks:
Our system automatically screens for violent criminal history. Reservations may be canceled based
on these findings.
