- 30 mins train ride from Elizabeth to Penn station.
- 2.5 miles from the airport.
- 30 mins drive to Manhattan.
The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor. Elevator in the building.
Parking:
- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.
- You will have to walk from the garage to the building.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
This is my 3rd or 4th time staying with Evonify. Located within minutes of the Newark airport, Manhattan and near the expressway if you need to travel to any of the other NYC boroughs. Evonify is responsive with an easy check in and check out process. I highly recommend and I will be back!
1- apartment is not clean 2- refusal to assign me to a different unit 3- curtains has to be closed all time without entering any daylight otherwise there won’t be any privacy at all 4- garage is in a different building ( walking for a long time to arrive to my building and my unit) 5-curtains used in the bathroom are very low quality and cause water leakage all the time to the bathroom floor 6- host is refusing to answer any phone calls from me 7- host is refusing to answer Airbnb calls ( stated and documented to me by Airbnb ambassador) 8- early check in was paid to Evonify through their private portal and that wasn’t documented in Airbnb website and when I asked for my early check in , Evonify said I can’t do it in the beginning and then realized that they were mistaken and I had to do the check in at 3 pm not 2pm. 9- insects everywhere in the apartment 10- weak water flow in the bathroom 11- water leakage through bathroom curtains
I had to put my ID & a deposit into a different platform Airbnb is supposed to be the middleman to protect both parties and bringing 3rd party in takes that away. When messaging a different person responds each time, like its a property management company your dealing with. The apartment.. you can hear someone drop there keys in the hallway. Its states its noisy in the description I believe but they make it seem like its during the day from traffic. You can literally hear everything in the hallway all times of day & night. Parking was across a courtyard and it made it seem like it was in the same building. Speaking of there is 2 buildings and was confusing getting to the correct building. Also, address for parking garage brought me to a random lot down the block. Apartment lacks functional things like somewhere to put your towel or soap in the shower. Also, smelled like something died in the kitchen area/under the sink and by the sink. Washer made my clothes smell like moth balls.
