The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. - NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
- This apartment is on the first floor. Elevator in the building.
Parking:
- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.
- You will have to walk from the garage to the building.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.

Very frustrating experience. The place has no proper amenities. The bathroom has two doors and one of them doesn’t even have a lock. To use it, we practically had to make sure everyone left the area — extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The microwave didn’t work, even though it was listed as an amenity. We bought food on Thanksgiving expecting to heat it, but it was completely useless. There are two air conditioners, but only one works. With freezing temperatures outside, the non-functional AC made the stay even more uncomfortable. When I reached out to the host, they kept asking for pictures (which I sent). For the bathroom door, they said they would “schedule maintenance” during my 48-hour holiday stay, which made no sense. For the microwave and AC, they offered no solution. I asked for a refund or to be moved to another stay, and they said they were “reviewing it.” It’s been almost a week, and there is still no update, just the same “we are reviewing” message. This place is not
great place, will surely use it again on my next visit
If you plan on bringing a lot of things, park in the front of the building first to unload and then park in the garage. It’s a long walk. But other than that it was good.
