It was okay. Except for the hidden fees
My friends and I stayed here and were able to walk to Zilker park for ACL fest, which was great. Unfortunately there was no not water in the unit and the host company went to the incorrect unit when trying to correct the issue. They did issue a small refund, but I was disappointed the issue couldn’t be resolved and they didn’t even get to our unit to help. The space was clean and great for 3 of us, probably a little tight for four.
Great choice for a short stay; wouldn't stay here for longer than 1 week again. I stayed for 3 weeks, and there's not enough kitchen supplies provided to make cooking at home easy long term. There's very nice appliances, but not enough cookware - missing things like a colander, large enough cutting board, Tupperware/something to save leftovers, etc. There are enough pots, pans and dishes. The place is exactly as pictured. There's no dining table, just a coffee table. Area is very nice and super easy to get around. There's a park directly across the street which is nice. Be aware of the Elementary school directly across the street if you 're staying there during the school year. Hardly any traffic in the summer, but there's bound to be lots during the school year. Laundry room is fine. It costs $1.75 per load whether washing or drying. Exterior of the complex not in awesome shape, but inside the apartment was nicer. Jean was a good host - very responsive.
