STAY AWAY!! Parking is not located by the apartment.. they give the wrong address so you can’t google it. Your car will get towed if you park where apt is located. It’s in the ghetto.. stray cats everywhere.. it’s a dirty little apartment complex// looks like it’s section 8 approved. This experience makes me scared to ever book a Airbnb again… and I frequent AirBNB’s but after this interaction of rudeness.. unhelpfulness.. untrustworthy from the host.. I need a true break,.. keep scrolling do not stay here
Nice and responsive host, the place just was dirty from the last guest.
Booked based upon what I saw and read in the listing. After accepting my reservation and taking my money (and a $100 security deposit) the host sent instructions for entering and using the site. I didn't realize the address differed from the one stated in the confirmation email, and which I had put into my GPS. I only found out that the location doesn't exist after driving all day to get there. I called the host who said I should have used the instruction sheet - THAT had the correct address. But there was no notice in the listing that this property was NOT the one I'd be getting. Then, when I finally found the place, it lacked the workstation and table and chairs for eating, and the toaster and hot water kettle, all listed/shown on airbnb's site. When I called, the "co-host" knew NOTHING about these. I canceled because this place was NOT the one I paid for, and I had to find a place to sleep after driving all day. Airbnb gives Evonify a platform to scam trusting customers.
