- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from the building. It must be paid directly on our portal.
- The building and insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit your ID on our portal with the checkin form.
- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen.
- This unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. You must take the stairs.
- This unit has 3x queen-size bed, 1x folding floor queen mattress, 1x sectional.
- Washer and Dryer are inside the unit.
- This unit is subject to noise due to its location.
- No parking available.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Asked for early check in because I was with my 91 y/o grandma when I got to the place I couldn’t check in early. Waited outside for 2 hours. cleaning ladies showed up with ONLY 1 bag of whatever in their hands (no new bedding sheets/pillow cases). They were there for 15/20 minutes and was getting ready to leave. I asked them if they changed the comforter/sheets and their reply was “yes”. Now how could they change the sheets if they didn’t have any clean sheets with them? I asked if they could get new sheets/comforters because I know for a fact they made the bed up with the sheets that were already used prior to the guest before us. When asked they told their management that I was interfering with them cleaning. They finally ran downstairs and got new sheets. They only left 3 wash clothes for 7 people. Walls are thin, you hear everything!! Had to tell neighbors to keep it down a few times. Gas smell, 2 of 4 burners worked. Unit is on 3rd floor not 2nd!! Would not recommend!

Great stay. Evonify was very helpful when needed too. Highly recommend the location as it was a 5 minute walk to the train station at the airport, which meant accessing more of Boston was easy!
