It was great I had a wonderful stay
Nice and quiet building. The apartment was clean, felt safe, and looked like the pictures. Also there’s a couple of cute brunch places a short walk/drive away.
This place was mostly pleasant, felt safe, and was a fantastic deal. I’m not sure how booking with Evonify works, but the apartment I was in looked almost the same as the pictures. The dishes were stocked, but the kitchen was not “fully equipped,” like they say. It was also not very clean, and there were no cleaning products, so I had to buy some to feel comfortable. The shower was gross because the water never drained completely. There was no TV in the bedroom, and the TV in the living room had a discoloration from previous damage. The bed was clean, but there were no extra blankets. There was no curtain in the bedroom, and some of the panels of the blinds were broken. There were also a couple cockroaches I had to deal with. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but my guest and I had more than enough room. The host is very responsive. I would stay again for the price, but not for a week, due to limited supplies and the fact that you might have to go out and buy extra things.
