I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and it’s close proximity to town. However, I don’t like that after making my booking, I was required to pay a $100 deposit before getting my check in instructions. The money was refunded but that should have been on the listing page instead of a surprise requirement after booking. The apartment was not very clean. The bathroom specifically! The bath tub was worn out with a rusted drainage, the toilet seat was not clean and I had to clean off stains with my Clorox. The sink drainage was bad so whenever I opened the tap, water wouldn’t go down fast and end up sitting in the sink for a while. My friend and I chose this place because the pictures show a very big mirror and large sink space for two people in a spacious bathroom but the bathroom was really small with a mid sized mirror and sink for one person. The pictures are not very accurate. The living room couch also had a weird smell.
