check in information was for an already occupied property, which cause us yo get chased by that occupants dog. (could have been worse as we are in Texas) took 30 minutes to assign new location (while my kid is crying because of the dog), got sent to another location 20 minutes across town. the new assigned location had gnats everywhere, so much so they were in the bedroom flying in our face as we tried to sleep. filthy floors, hair in the shower, pet hair on furniture causing my kid allergic reaction, dirty dishes (a broken cup I almost cut my lip on) and a broken window covering in the bedroom so the sunlight shines right in your eye. but other than that....and the vagrant who was living in the laundry room, the property was exactly as described
Great place would stay again
I give Evonify 1 star just because they did help us resolve the issue and relocated us but if it wasn’t for that I would rate them a 0. When we arrived to the unit, I reported that the stove wasn’t working and that we had no hot water running. The next day I asked for un update on when someone would come by to fix it with no clear answer. A second night, meaning day 3 now I asked to have this escalated and wanted an update, with no response from the host. I would message the host both through text and message on the app plus called them. NO ANSWER. I then had to get airb&b involved because I wasn’t going to continue showering with cold water. We couldn’t cook anything which is why we got an apartment instead of a hotel room. After a long day of having airb&b involved to resolve this for us, evonify finally responded back and gave us an alternative apartment that was 23 minutes away from where we were originally. Headache experience overall. Hate being brushed off like I was.
