Great little apartment and super reasonably priced. Easy commute to UT and onsite parking. Host was very responsive.
The 1st apartment was perfect for why I was in town. Unfortunately the a/c flooded the floor. The relocation the same night was listed much cheaper. It was unfortunately not convenient for where we needed to be, did not have the private W&D we needed and no compensation. I could have rented the apartment they relocated me too for much less per what they had it listed for. The a/c went out the final day….It would have been too much to move a 2nd time. I guess I was due a bad experience. If you want the location and get what you expected it would be ok. The 1st unit would have made the trip stress free if it would have worked out. 🤷🏽♂️. I’m sure it was more of the management company that made it seem like my experience was not important. We were there for a camp and really didn’t want to deal with the inconvenience. Just wanted a smooth trip. So be it. It’s ok if you get what you’re expecting. Just changing my rate would have relieved my stress. Oh well
Very nice place. The host is very helpful and kind
