Great value
The kitchen faucet was falling off its base, the toilet seat was broken, the bed collapsed twice, rats were chewing on the ceiling joists at night, the bedroom remote did not work, and a loose hinge on a kitchen cabinet. That last one is really pretty minor. Contacted Evonify several times and was assured maintenance would be out to resolve the issue, even asked permission to enter if we were gone (I granted that). After four days and the end of our reservation, No One had ever shown up. We had to live in that mess for 4 days. Then Evonify had the nerve to refuse an appreciable refund. I got around 40% back even though I asked for 75%. Talked to AirBNB support and their hand were tied. This was the second rental with Air BnB and the second issue with the accommodations. If they can't exert better influence or control over their host's deceptive listings then I'll have to delete my account with Air BnB and use other platforms for my rentals in the future.
